Signs of poor health

Are you aware of when your dog might be having a health problem? I am not talking about immediate signs like refusing to eat,  panting heavily or collapsing but long term signs. Signs like quick weight loss over the course of a few weeks or hair thinning.Perhaps their fur is not as shinny or they are acting different. One person I knew had a dog that suddenly started to drool all over the place. She took the dog to the vet and the vet concluded that the dog had gotten into something toxic. After going through her home top to bottom she found the cause. She had switched her kitchen floor cleaner to a different brand and the dog was allergic to it. The dog's paws became irritated after walking on the floor so the dog would lick its' paws, that caused the drooling. If she had not taken notice of the drooling then the dog might have gotten worse. It pays to take notice of the signs your dog gives you of their health.

Hey, the blog is getting popular

Guess how I can tell when this blog became popular....it was when I started to get spammy comments left on the blog. You know, junk comments like a bunch of non-words like vigrx, irtgy, workc and itteryp. All of them linked to some gawd awful website. Well I get at least one of those a week...WOW! Of course I don't approve them but it does mean that this little blog has now gotten linking power......whoo, hoo!

Getting lots of visitors to the blog

I really don't post that often on this blog, just a few short posts a week. I am really amazed how many visitors I am getting each day. I would like to see more people leaving comments and I don't mean the ones who sign themselves "diet pills that work," I mean the regular readers. I know I have them because my statcounter tells me I have at least 5 people a day that are repeat visitors. So won't one of you leave a comment? I would love to hear about your dog or if you have a dog blog leave a link to it.

Adding yogurt to your dogs diet

Us humans not only use yogurt as a digestive regulator and an adult acne treatments, we feed it to our dogs. But is yogurt good for dogs or can it cause them digestive harm? After doing some research about the subject I found that yogurt is beneficial for dogs.There is even a company in New Hampshire that makes yogurt for dogs call Yoghund. It looks like yogurt is good for your dog.
